Tekmar Energy, a Tekmar Group company, has appointed Marc Bell as director of operations and Leanne Wilkinson as finance director.
Marc is an business specialist with more than 20 years experience in technological and organizational management. Marc previously held positions as operations director with JDR Cables, offshore operations head with Siemens Gamesa and global operations manager with Technip.
During this time he gained a wealth of experience working with and alongside operators, wind farm developers, EPICs, O&M operators, OWM’s and supply chain manufacturers within the oil & gas and renewable energy sectors.
As a lean professional and accredited six sigma black belt Marc has implemented several organizational transformation initiatives through an integrated methodology of lean, six sigma and methodologies of operational excellence.
Leanne is a CIMA Qualified Accountant with over 20 years of experience as specialist and company leader in senior finance. In the transition from Serco to Cubic Corporation, Leanne’s previous positions were spanning manufacturing and technology sectors and included a leading role in finance and integration.

Leanne also has a good record of operational development , management of transition and commitment to financial controls and company reporting procedures, in addition to extensive expertise gained in strategic business planning.
