Tekmar Group has shared its suite of solutions for floating wind.
Floating wind is widely recognized as the next big wave in the renewable energy revolution with a market outlook of 16.7 GW by 2030, a figure which is set to increase as larger-scale developments come online.
The fast-maturing technology can be deployed almost anywhere in water depths greater than 60 meters, which conveniently is where the world’s best wind resource is found.
Tekmar has developed a suite of technologies and services that will de-risk, protect and ultimately reduce the cost of floating wind developments during planning, installation, and in-situ operation. These solutions have been developed and proven in the offshore energy sector where the group already protects over 24GW of fixed offshore wind infrastructure.
