Vireon acquires Westgass’ filling station business
An agreement has been reached for Vireon to acquire Westgass’s filling station business. Concurrently, Westgass, Norwegian Hydrogen, and Vireon form a strategic alliance for the delivery of hydrogen.In addition to taking over Westgass’ refueling station investment, Vireon, Westgass, and Norwegian Hydrogen are forming a strategic tripartite partnership at the same time.
Thanks to the partnership, Westgass will be able to help both Vireon and Norwegian Hydrogen with their hydrogen distribution, and Westgass will be able to obtain hydrogen for its clients directly from Norwegian Hydrogen’s production facilities.
Viridi presents hydrogen project to Arcos de la Frontera public
Viridi is holding a day of public engagement to let the associations and groups of Arcos de la Frontera (Cádiz) know about the project they plan to implement in the town.
To accommodate as many interested parties as possible, the meeting will be held in the Emprendedores building and will include two information sessions. The first one is scheduled for noon, and the second one for six p.m. Participation in these citizen participation seminars is open to anyone with an interest.
The planned implementation of this green hydrogen and e-methanol project will further the region’s technical advancement and generate about 430 new jobs. Out of this total, 300 employment will be created during the building stage, 50 during plant operation, and 80 as indirect jobs.
Sohar support Green Hydrogen Summit Oman 2023 as “Bank Partner”
