German electrolyser manufacturer thyssenkrupp nucera has opened an Indian office in Mumbai as it expands its chlor-alkali business and development of green hydrogen.

The new site featuring a sales and engineering hub in the north-east of the port city is hoped to grow the company in the Indian market while also supporting engineering and project execution in adjacent regions such as the Middle East, Asia and Australia.
