Breitling in clean energy partnership with Bertrand Piccard’s Climate Impulse
Swiss luxury watchmaker, Breitling has announced its recent collaboration with Climate Impulse, the initiative of renowned Swiss explorer and climate advocate, Bertrand Piccard. This partnership forms part of Breitling’s ongoing support for Piccard, consistent with his ambassadorial role for the brand, as he commences his latest project, Climate Impulse.
Climate Impulse is set to be a ground-breaking operation, aiming for the first continuous, global flight using a green hydrogen-powered airplane, with absolutely zero emissions. The ambitious journey, estimated to take about nine days, aspires to instigate broader environmental action.
World Hydrogen North America event grows
World Hydrogen Leaders announces a significant expansion for the “World Hydrogen North America 2024” congress and exhibition in Houston, Texas, mirroring the rapid growth in the North American hydrogen industry. The congress, scheduled to run from May 21st to 23rd, has doubled in size since last year. The event will bring together key players in the hydrogen value chain to find solutions to current challenges.
