A non-exclusive collaboration agreement was struck by Verso Energy and Teréga Solutions, a division of the Teréga company, to work together on the creation of carbon-free and renewable hydrogen ecosystems in France.
The Verso Energy business model, which was developed in June 2021 by Xavier Catucoli, a former Direct Energie co-founder, and Antoine Huard, a former CEO of Générale du Solaire, entails creating one’s own renewable electricity production projects, particularly wind and solar photovoltaic, to supply projects for the production of hydrogen through electrolysis.
For projects created by Verso Energy, Teréga Solutions, which specializes in the development of gas transport and storage infrastructures, will offer solutions for the packaging, transport, logistics, and distribution of hydrogen.
