Green hydrogen-powered farm project seeks public input

The projected HydroGlen project intends to demonstrate how rural and agricultural communities can move away from fossil fuels and become self-sufficient in green hydrogen and renewable power for all of the energy needs of the farm and accompanying houses.

The community members who live close to Glensaugh and other interested parties will be able to learn more about the vision and plans at the consultation event, which will be held on September 4 at the Dickson Memorial Hall, Station Road, Laurencekirk.


Namibian govt and Hyphen Hydrogen schedule national green hydrogen roadshow

The Namibian government and Hyphen Hydrogen Energy have announced the dates for a national green hydrogen roadshow. The roadshow, which will take place countrywide from August to October 2023, intends to promote communication between representatives of Hyphen and various stakeholders. Information regarding the Hyphen project and the recently introduced Socio-Economic Development (SED) Framework, which was launched in Keetmanshoop, is to be shared.
