A new asset-financed firm has been established to assist with the design, delivery, and financing of a zero-emissions bus fleet that includes hydrogen.
FUZE, which was launched by Wrightbus owner Jo Bamford, will promote the energy shift to cleaner versions by delivering packages that enable the transfer to hydrogen or electric bus fleets.
The new group will provide finance for vehicles, infrastructure, fuel and a repair and maintenance package as part of this.
“Working in collaboration with sister companies RYZE hydrogen and Wrightbus we have developed a total cost of ownership model encompassing the infrastructure, vehicle, fuel and R&M fleet maintenance for the duration of the contract and then distilling this down into a single fixed monthly cost.”
