Iraq’s Ministry of Oil announced a deal with Siemens to create hydrogen.
The ministry stated in a statement that it is in discussions with Siemens about ways to begin depending on renewable energy, particularly hydrogen production, which would pave the way for the country to achieve its objective of 100% green energy.
According to the statement, the German corporation will supply innovative equipment and techniques to the Iraqi energy sector, as well as host workshops to brainstorm solutions to the country’s energy crisis.
The Ministry highlighted that it ran a thorough workshop on hydrogen generation today in collaboration with Siemens.
The company’s staff produced an in-depth presentation on Hydrogen and its role in assisting the country in fully transitioning to green energy.
