TGI Shelly and TEAL Chimie & Energie to boost green ammonia

The company’s entry into the green energy market will be kicked off by a collaboration that TGI Solar Power Group facilitated with TEAL Chimie & Energie.

This partnership is in line with the corporate business plan, as the new TGI SHELLY management is putting transformational plans, strategies to build long-term growth, digital quotient and correlation, growth acceleration, and business ventures in the green sector — all of which increase shareholder value — into action. By pursuing a vertical integration strategy through acquisition, and/or a combination of strategic partner companies and contractual agreements, New Management hopes to increase the number of investors in the new TGI Shelly. This will be done by distributing NO SOLIUS (no software, no license, no user fees) Shelly AI products related to recent corporate developments, which will strengthen and expand TGI SHELLY.

The zero-emission ammonia production market is something that TGI Shelly and the green ammonia experts TEAL hope to considerably optimize. TGI will use TEAL’s green ammonia production facilities to accomplish this in the upcoming years. The potential for sustainable energy from green ammonia is astounding.

Of all hydrogen-based energy sources, green ammonia has a much higher volumetric energy density than pure hydrogen. As a result, green ammonia is cheap and simple to store and transport. With ammonia-fueled ships and ammonia power plants already in the works, green ammonia can quickly and effectively replace hydrocarbon-based fuels for a variety of uses thanks to existing infrastructure.

The development and construction of TEAL’s green ammonia production facilities in North America has been its main priority. The first 400MW of installed power will be placed at places in Quebec, Canada, the Northeastern United States, and the Southwestern United States. The practical launch of these first green ammonia projects for manufacturing plants is anticipated for late 2025 or early 2026. By operating dynamically, TEAL will be able to create ammonia during times of low electricity demand and become a net contributor to the economics of the generation of renewable energy. This will enable the business to build more renewable energy wherever they locate a production facility.
