Enagas has launched a campaign to find customers for its new green hydrogen corridor, known as H2Med.

This ambitious project promises to revolutionize the way hydrogen is supplied and consumed across multiple regions. The H2Med corridor aims to be a major infrastructure, facilitating the transport of green hydrogen between different countries and significantly contributing to the transition towards clean energy.

The H2Med project is designed to promote the use of green hydrogen, which is generated through renewable energy sources. This clean energy alternative is seen as a key component in reducing carbon emissions and achieving climate goals set by various international agreements. By investing in this corridor, Enagas is not only reinforcing its commitment to sustainability but also driving innovation in the energy sector.

As part of its initiative, Enagas is actively seeking partners and customers who share its vision for a greener future. The company is reaching out to industries and governments interested in reducing their carbon footprint and improving energy efficiency. Collaborations and partnerships will be crucial for the successful implementation and operation of the H2Med corridor.

The search for customers is a strategic move to secure the project’s viability and ensure that there is sufficient demand for green hydrogen once the corridor is operational. This initiative aligns with global efforts to increase the use of renewable energy and decrease dependency on fossil fuels.

Engaging with potential stakeholders, Enagas highlights the numerous benefits of joining the H2Med project. These include access to a reliable supply of clean energy, reduced environmental impact, and alignment with sustainability targets. By establishing a robust customer base, Enagas aims to accelerate the transition to a more sustainable energy system.

The H2Med corridor is expected to create a network of supply and demand for green hydrogen, fostering a new era of energy collaboration and innovation.
