In order to investigate the commercial potential of green hydrogen, the ACME Group and the IHI Corporation of Japan have teamed up.
According to a statement, the goal of this Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is to jointly research and assess potential projects with regard to joint venture opportunities along the entire value chain of green hydrogen and ammonia, including production, handling, transportation, distribution, and power generation.
According to the MoU, IHI is permitted to invest in or acquire a stake in one or more ACME projects in Oman, India, the US, or Egypt.
The businesses will also look for ways to work together to provide customers with an all-inclusive integrated solution, including green ammonia supply, bunkering, and goods or solutions for diverse applications.
