Adani Solar Energy Kutchh One, a step-down subsidiary of Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) has commissioned a 150 MWac solar power project 3 months ahead of scheduled date.
This plant has a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL) for a term of 25 years at Rs. 2.67/kWh ($0.037/kWh). The gross operating renewable capacity of AGEL has risen to 3,125 MW with this commissioning.
The Energy Network Operation Center (ENOC) will be linked to the facility, which constantly tracks and analyzes the output of 80+ solar and wind plants throughout different locations in India.
AGEL has a gross renewable capacity of 14,795 MW with the commissioning of this plant, including 11,670 MW awarded and projects under implementation.
