Tees Valley Lithium (TVL) of Alkemy Capital Investments has entered into a preliminary deal with BP Alternative Energy Investments for the delivery of green hydrogen.
The green hydrogen required for TVL’s green-hydrogen electrolytic production facility in Teesside, England, will be provided by BP Alternative Energy.
A move from natural gas to green hydrogen would allow TVL to further decarbonize its processes and energy needs, and the company said it will collaborate with BP to assess this possibility.
