AMEA Power, in an effort to expand its influence in the renewable energy sector, has forged a strategic partnership with Kyuden International Corporation, a subsidiary of the Kyuden Group based in Japan.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) emphasizes a joint commitment to develop renewable energy projects and green hydrogen solutions that are poised to deliver sustainable economic growth and socio-economic benefits.

With a portfolio that includes over 2,600 megawatts (MW) of projects already operational or under construction and a further pipeline exceeding 6 gigawatts (GW) across more than 20 countries, AMEA Power positions itself as a formidable player in the clean energy arena. The company is leveraging its extensive track record in delivering large-scale clean energy projects, augmented by the technical expertise and international experience of Kyuden International. The partnership signals a strategic alignment between the two companies, focusing on combining AMEA Power’s track record of effective energy solutions with Kyuden’s cutting-edge technological capabilities to develop low-carbon energy systems.

Hussain Al Nowais, Chairman of AMEA Power, highlighted this partnership as a pivotal step in the company’s objective to lead the transition to renewable energy in the regions they operate. The collaborative effort aims not merely at technological integration but also at crafting solutions that ensure long-term social and economic value for local communities.
