AGC Group produces hydrogen-fueled flat glass The manufacturer of chemicals, high-tech materials, and flat glass, AGC, has announced that it has successfully finished a manufacturing trial of flat glass using hydrogen as fuel. The AGC Group has never tested hydrogen in an actual production furnace before. The test was conducted in the Takasago factory (Japan), in the Kansai plant’s float glass producing facilities.
