Next month, a second hydrogen manufacturing base will begin operations in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province, to increase the energy supply volume to vehicle charging stations in Seoul and surrounding areas. According to the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy, the Pyeongtaek base, located in the Asan Industrial Complex around 60 kilometers south of Seoul, will have the potential to supply 430,000 hydrogen-fueled vehicles, including commercial ones, with energy annually.
