Cummins has named Bonnie Fetch as Vice President – Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing, effective February 1.

Fetch currently serves as Vice President – North America Regional Operating Team and Distribution Business Supply Chain Services.

“Bonnie is the right person for this role as we continue navigating supply chain challenges and executing our Supply Chain transformation,” said Jennifer Rumsey, President and Chief Operating Officer, Cummins Inc. “Bonnie has three decades of extensive and varied business experience and has consistently delivered strong results while tackling complex issues. Bonnie is also passionate about Cummins’ values, and she is a skilled leader and committed to building diverse and inclusive teams. I am thrilled to have Bonnie’s experienced leadership guide our talented supply chain team.”

Her ability to lead strategically and operationally has been on display since she joined Cummins in 2018 when she took on a variety of new responsibilities across the supply chain. Aftermarket and distribution supply chain integration strategy and execution, as well as the North American regional operating team, were all handled by Fetch during her time at Cummins.

Fetch worked for Caterpillar for 20 years before joining Cummins, where she held a variety of positions in supply chain, general management, and HR. When she was in charge of Caterpillar’s global aftermarket parts distribution organization she developed a strategy that enabled new capabilities, reduced costs, and increased sales to unprecedented levels.

At Stanford University and Singularity University, Fetch earned a bachelor’s degree in Applied Organizational Management and a master’s in Leadership and Organizational Behavior.

Both for-profit and non-profit organizations have benefited from her service on numerous private company boards. She’s a published author and a leader in the fight for inclusion and diversity, and she gives back to the communities in which she works and resides.
