Doosan Fuel Cell Co. has shipped four hydrogen fuel cells to China, marking the first time a South Korean company has done so.
Doosan Fuel Cell will build four 440 kilowatt hydrogen fuel cells in Nanhai District, Foshan City, in China’s southern Guangdong province, at a total cost of $13 million.
The agreement with ZKRG Smart Energy Technology Co. will aid in the provision of power and heat to residential and business buildings.
Doosan anticipates its first shipment of hydrogen fuel cells to help it grow its market share in China.
