Dover Fueling Solutions, part of Dover Corporation and a global provider of sophisticated customer-focused technology, services, and solutions in the fuel and convenience retail industries, has launched a new, technologically advanced hydrogen dispenser.

The DFS Hydrogen dispenser, constructed after DFS’ acquisition of LIQAL B.V., can meet even the most demanding needs for a wide range of applications, from heavy-duty vehicle refueling to fuel retailing.

The DFS Hydrogen dispenser uses decades of hydraulic innovation to make refilling safe and reliable, with a low total cost of ownership. It’s a modern, modular dispenser that fills two nozzles simultaneously in any combination of H35 and H70 pressures for optimal, continuous hydrogen dispensing. This model uses IoT for remote monitoring and is built to link to DFS’ advanced eco-system, which includes invoicing, loyalty, and payment solutions.

The DFS Hydrogen dispenser offers an intuitive and rich user experience using digital screens to guide the user through the refueling experience safely and efficiently. It also provides station owners with advanced tools to engage and interact with their customers by unlocking powerful promotional strategies and loyalty programs right at the dispenser to boost sales and profits.

DFS’ alternative energy portfolio comprises CNG, LPG, and LNG dispensers. DFS’ growth into hydrogen technology underlines its strategic ambition to offer leading alternative energy products and solutions to power the future era of mobility and heavy-duty transportation.

“The launch of the DFS Hydrogen dispenser is another great example of our versatility, as we continue to support the energy diversification, through innovative products and complete solutions, within the industry,” said Soren Powell-Holse, Director of Product Marketing, DFS EMEA. “At DFS, we consider hydrogen an essential part of the decarbonized energy mix and predict it will become one of the mainstream fuels for heavy duty transport, as well as light vehicle passenger cars, next to electricity in years to come.”

LIQAL CEO, Jorg Raven added, “I am very proud to announce our new hydrogen fueling dispenser that surely will set a new standard in the market. In the last months, our teams of LIQAL and DFS have worked hard to achieve this. This product will bring the best fueling experience for our customers in this new market”.
