Hexagon Purus has finalized the acquisition of Wystrach, a provider of hydrogen systems.

As a result, the Company’s board of directors has issued 4,444,430 additional shares of Hexagon Purus (the “Consideration Shares”) to the seller as part consideration for the shares of Wystrach, pursuant to the authorization granted by the Company’s shareholder meeting on 3 November 2020.

Following registration of the Consideration Shares in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, the Company will issue 233 536 669 shares with a par value of NOK 0.10.
