A 100kW hydrogen fuel cell called the “IE-DRIVE” from Hogreen Air used a high-power, high-density evaporative cooling (EC) technique.
The business created the IE-DRIVE, a hydrogen fuel cell intended for heavy machinery and commercial vehicles, after entering into an exclusive patent agreement with Intelligent Energy (IE), a British hydrogen fuel cell production and development company. This device has a wide range of uses outside of transportation, including fixed power, construction, railroad, and maritime industries. It was recently on display at the Bitgaram International Power Technology Expo (Bixpo) 2022, which was hosted at the Kimdaejung Convention Center in Gwangju. Related sectors paid close attention to it.
To support the localization of hydrogen fuel cells, Hogreen Air intends to build a production facility for them in Nam-gu, Gwangju’s Urban High-tech Industrial Complex before the end of the year. It intends to commercialize the IE-DRIVE hydrogen fuel cell by working with partners in a variety of industries, including urban air mobility (UAM), commercial vehicles, ships, and power generation.
