Coates International is on the cusp of conducting tests on its cutting-edge natural gas and hydrogen (H2) (HHO) CSRV 250 KW Electric Power Generator and Hydrogen (H2) (HHO) reactor, propelling the realm of green energy technology into a new era of innovation.

With Mr. George J. Coates EE ME, serving as the Company President and CEO, the company is making significant strides towards revolutionizing the energy sector.

The anticipation surrounding the forthcoming tests is palpable, as Coates remarked that the testing team’s excitement has overshadowed the traditionally crucial press releases that usually accompany such groundbreaking advancements in technology.

During a recent hydrogen + diesel 250KW test, remarkable results were achieved. Under a load of 225 KW, 319 Amps, and 1800 RPM, the fuel consumption was divided between diesel at 43.1% and hydrogen (H2) (HHO) at 54.9%. Impressively, the Coates Hydrogen (H2) (HHO) Reactor utilized only 2.5% of the generated energy, which equated to 2.5 KW. The reactor operated at a temperature of 120°F, while the engine and exhaust temperatures were recorded at 152°F and 700°F, respectively.

Notably, during the one-hour test, 7.5 gallons of diesel were consumed alongside 54.9% hydrogen, resulting in a savings of 10.5 gallons of diesel fuel. These findings are just a glimpse into the plethora of successful one-hour tests conducted.

For comparison, a standard Cummins 250KW diesel electric power generator typically consumes 18 gallons of diesel fuel per hour. The independent tests conducted on the Coates Hydrogen (H2) (HHO) Advanced Reactors have showcased substantial fuel savings, hinting at the potential for widespread adoption across various domains like ships, boats, large trucks, buses, existing generator substations, and in aiding the development of charging stations for electric power vehicles.
