A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Jakson Green and the Government of Rajasthan commits the company to making a phased investment of roughly INR 22,400 crore in the establishment of a green hydrogen and green ammonia project there.
Jakson Green will construct a 3,65,000 ton per year green hydrogen and ammonia plant as well as a phased-in integrated hybrid renewable energy complex. In addition to other things, the Rajasthani government will help Jakson Green get the required registrations, approvals, and clearances.
In line with Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat, Jakson Green recently announced its global ambitions to be a leading developer and integrator of green hydrogen and green ammonia assets across select geographies and is considering a play in the independent hydrogen & ammonia production and electrolyser manufacturing space.
