The third season of the sport-for-purpose electric racing series Extreme E, which will begin in 2023, will feature Kaizen Clean Energy (KCE) as its Official Clean Energy Technology Provider.
Kaizen Clean Energy will assist ENOWA, NEOM’s energy, water, and hydrogen subsidiary, in bringing a cutting-edge hydrogen microgrid solution to the competition. ENOWA is also the Green Hydrogen Power Partner for Extreme E.
Starting in the first quarter of 2023, KCE will manufacture, integrate, and deploy its hydrogen production systems from their Texas facility for usage in microgrid power, hydrogen fuelling, and industrial hydrogen supply.
The third season of the revolutionary off-road racing series Extreme E is about to begin. It features electric SUVs and cutting-edge technology in some of the most difficult and inaccessible locations on earth.

As a lower carbon transportation alternative to airfreight, the St Helena, a renovated former Royal Mail ship, ferries the Championship’s freight and logistics, including the racing cars and all paddock infrastructure, across the globe.
Technical support from Kaizen Clean Energy helps Extreme E achieve its objective of having the smallest carbon footprint in motorsport and, more importantly, having little local influence on the areas where it races.
On March 11 and 12, 2023, Extreme E will premiere in NEOM, Saudi Arabia. The third season will then go to Scotland, Sardinia, the Amazon or the USA, and Chile for the season finale.
