In the next weeks, Liberty Energy Capital and CAC-H2 seek to launch a new low-carbon hydrogen business with global projects and a listing on either the NASDAQ or the London Stock Exchange.
The company is finalizing long-term hydrogen offtake agreements for commercial-scale, low-carbon hydrogen production for mobility and has a series of agreements to create significant hydrogen infrastructure throughout Asia and the Pacific. These projects and transactions will shortly announce lucrative investment opportunities.
The objective of the new company will be to supply carbon-reducing hydrogen solutions to businesses throughout the world that are attempting to address energy difficulties.
The team has a solid track record of designing and constructing unique, customer-specific green energy generating facilities.
