The Community of Cities “Touraine Vallée de l’Indre” has issued a purchase order to Nel Hydrogen Filling, a subsidiary of Nel ASA “for one H2StationTM hydrogen fueling station in the Tours area, France, to be used for light and heavy duty fuel cell electric cars.
“We are ecstatic to report that we have been selected as the provider for a filling station (H2StationTM) in France’s Touraine Vallée de l’Indre. Nel Hydrogen has reached a significant milestone by adding another nation to its list of references. The hydrogen fuelling station (H2StationTM) under the COSMHYC-DEMO project is partially financed by the European Fuel Cells and Hydrogen 2 Joint Undertaking and is expected to be operational by Q3 2022.
“We are delighted to announce the signing of a promising contract with our partner NEL, which will enable us to open the first big capacity, dual pressure hydrogen filling station in the Centre Val de Loire area under the COSMHYC DEMO project in a few months.
