In its commercial expansion, Pure Extraction Corp is moving toward a net-zero emission strategy.
The company plans to provide a hydrogen fuel cell-powered supercritical CO2 extractor system that is zero-emission, totally transportable, and independent of the power grid. The company is looking at the hydrogen fuel cells that are currently on the market.
Users will be able to utilize the fuel cell-powered supercritical CO2 extraction devices in distant places where there are no electrical power networks or where the electrical power is unreliable. The Company’s in-house fully integrated software operating system can monitor and support this previously built supercritical CO2 extraction system, which is fully operational and can be monitored and maintained remotely. The system may be utilized for supercritical CO2 extraction system remote online training and commissioning, as well as online diagnostics of the fully automated extractor. By the end of the year, the Company expects to have this new state-of-the-art Hydrogen-powered Generation V extraction system ready.
As reported in their June 11, 2021 press release, the Company is designing and developing a hydrogen fuel cell powered light commercial vehicle under two agreements with AVL Powertrain UK Ltd. and Ballard Power Systems Inc.
PURX will change its name to First Hydrogen Corp., subject to TSX-V approval, to better reflect the Company’s zero-emission strategy. Because shareholder approval of the name change is not needed by the business’s articles of incorporation, the firm is not seeking shareholder permission for the name change. The company’s share capital will not be consolidated as a result of the name change. Shareholders are not required to replace their old certificates for new ones with the new business name.
