SME Nedsense has purchased a stake in TIB-TEC, a hydrogen start-up located in Switzerland that is commercializing a patent-protected technology that allows for the production and use of green hydrogen.
A total of 1.8 million euros was invested by SMEs. A third of the money will be paid in cash, while the other two-thirds will be paid in new MKB Nedsense shares.
TIB-TEC is a global licensing company in charge of marketing, sales, and distribution of TIB-TEC technology to firms in the power production, mobility, and industry sectors. One-time technology fees and ongoing license payments will be the main sources of income for TIB-TEC.
According to MKB Nedsense, product development is nearing completion, and TIB-TEC plans to sign its first client agreements in 2022.
Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Germany, and the Netherlands are among the nations where TIB-TEC works. TIB-TEC is getting ready to go public on the Swiss stock exchange.
“With this investment, SME Nedsense achieves its goal of investing in technological firms. TIB-TEC has proven technology and has a lot of room to grow by creating new applications and capturing new markets and sectors “added the businessman.
