The President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, confirmed the central Executive’s interest in green hydrogen in important sectors like as mobility, industry, and residential on Saturday in Burgos.
It did so after touring the Hiperbaric facility, which is regarded as an international benchmark with a presence in 50 countries and specializes in high-pressure industrial equipment for a variety of industries and uses.
During his visit, Sánchez said that green hydrogen development is “decisive” in reaching climate neutrality and would be a “key lever” in economic reactivation, with the goal of making Spain a benchmark for this energy by 2050.
Pedro Sánchez is interested in high-pressure food and beverage processing, in which Hiperbaric has been a world leader for more than 20 years, as well as hot isostatic pressing technology, which is used for critical industrial components in the aerospace, energy, oil and gas, automotive, and medical implant industries.
Hiperbaric’s high-pressure hydrogen compression technology is a comprehensive and cutting-edge solution that may be used in a variety of applications, including refilling fuel cell electric automobiles in hydrogen refueling stations.
It’s also suitable for industrial and energy storage purposes. The equipment of the Spanish multinational’s technical design provides increased compression efficiency while using less energy.
