Companhia Energética Integrada (CEI), a Brazilian company specializing in electricity generation and greenfield projects for solar and hydroelectric plants, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the construction of photovoltaic and green hydrogen production plants in Porto Central.
