In a groundbreaking collaboration to address the pressing global challenge of climate change and propel the shift towards a cleaner, sustainable economy, more than 10 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean have initiated a regional certification system for clean, low-emission hydrogen and its derivatives. Named “CertHILAC,” this certification system marks a significant step towards fostering regional integration and establishing a benchmark for sustainable hydrogen production.
