Daimler Truck Holding AG, Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC), Hino Motors Ltd., and Toyota Motor Corporation have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to accelerate the development of advanced technologies and merge MFTBC and Hino.
