By extending its technological expertise beyond its proprietary projects, ZeroAvia aims to leverage the burgeoning market for hydrogen-electric aviation components. This initiative aligns with the company’s strategy of vertical integration and represents a significant step towards reducing environmental harm from aviation, contributing to the global push for greener skies.

ZeroAvia’s component offerings span a range of critical aviation technologies, including:

  • Advanced Electric Motors: Featuring high power outputs and exceptional speeds, these motors promise to revolutionize electric propulsion in aviation, catering to a variety of aircraft sizes and applications.
  • Silicon Carbide Inverters: With impressive power densities and aerospace-grade design standards, these inverters offer enhanced efficiency and reliability, making them ideal for high-altitude and engine compartment applications.
  • Fuel Cell Configurations: ZeroAvia’s fuel cell platforms, developed in collaboration with PowerCell, offer customizable power generation solutions, catering to diverse aerospace requirements while ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Fuel Cell Compressors: Engineered specifically for fuel cell applications, these compressors boast cutting-edge design and capabilities, supporting a range of aviation needs up to 15,000 feet.
  • Path to Production: Propulsion Center of Excellence
  • To support the production of electric propulsion systems, ZeroAvia inaugurates its Propulsion Center of Excellence at Paine Field in Everett, Washington. This state-of-the-art facility underscores the company’s commitment to manufacturing excellence and will serve as a hub for developing world-leading electric propulsion systems for aviation.

In addition to its propulsion endeavors, ZeroAvia plans to establish a Hydrogen Center of Excellence dedicated to producing hydrogen fuel cell systems. The company’s expansion efforts signify its proactive stance in fostering innovation and driving the adoption of sustainable aviation solutions.
