Hydrogen Renewables Australia (HRA) has agreed to partner with Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) on its 5000 MW Murchison renewable hydrogen project located near Kalbarri in the Midwest of Western Australia.
The Murchison Renewable Hydrogen Project is a large-scale (up to 5000 MW) export-oriented green hydrogen project located at the 126,000-hectare Murchison House Station and will be powered by combined wind and solar power generation and desalinated water.
The project aims to export large-scale hydrogen to Asian markets – especially Japan and Korea.
