The programme also focuses on developing local skills in the field. This involves specialized training and opportunities for practical learning abroad, targeting enhancements in the knowledge of hydrogen and electric buses.
Hyundai’s UAE division is at the forefront of sustainable transport solutions. From pioneering hydrogen fuel cell vehicles to current innovations, Hyundai is dedicated to fostering a hydrogen economy in the region.
The Abu Dhabi Mobility Green Bus Programme includes both electric and hydrogen buses for city and regional routes. Hyundai’s models, such as the Elec City FC and Universe FC, will operate until 2025 on designated routes, including City Route 65 and Regional Route 160.
