Stellantis joins Symbio As the third shareholder in the joint venture for fuel cells, Stellantis has formally joined Symbio. The business declared that it now owns 33.3% of the shares. Faurecia and Michelin are additional shareholders. At the conclusion of the previous year, Stellantis had made known that it intended to acquire an interest in Symbio.
