Cubico Sustainable Investments (Cubico) has completed the acquisition of Bisaccia Wind and Torretta Wind, two operational onshore wind farms, from Blunova. The wind farms, which have a combined capacity of 16 MW, are located in Campania and Apulia. Immediately following the acquisition, Cubico completed the refinancing of the projects using the accordion facility of an existing green loan financing with Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank, Siemens Financial Services through Siemens Bank and Société Générale. Goldwind Australia and TransGrid have signed a commercial agreement for the connection and construction of connection assets for Coppabella wind farm located in the Southern Tablelands of New South Wales. The project is expected to employ approximately 150 staff during the construction phase, and up to 15 permanent ongoing maintenance employees once operational. LOC Singapore has received a contract from PowerChina HuaDong Engineering (PCH) to provide marine warranty survey (MWS) services for Phase I of Binh Dai offshore wind farm in Vietnam. LOC will provide MWS services of the proposed support fleet, along with other marine vessel inspection and marine assurance services. RWE is developing Eemshydrogen, an innovative project for green hydrogen production at Eemshaven, to demonstrate the feasibility of an integrated hydrogen value chain with vast scaling potential.
