Mitsubishi Heavy Industries is collaborating with Bakken Energy of the United States on what is expected to be one of North America’s largest clean hydrogen projects, with a capacity of more than 300,000 tons per year. In North Dakota, an old chemical facility will be repurposed to extract hydrogen from natural gas.
