Claritas Poland has received a new interim financing for 25 photovoltaic systems in Poland.
The construction has already started and should be completed by Q1 2020. The consulting firm Capcora is acting as financial advisor with the structuring of the transaction and debt sourcing.
The new portfolio, which is to be built by the end of the first quarter of 2020, consists of 25 open-space photovoltaic systems with an output of up to 1 MW each.
The portfolio benefits from a 15-year contract from the auction in November 2018. The deadline for completing projects was extended to November 2020 at the beginning of this year.
