Clean Power Capital will change its name to “PowerTap Hydrogen Capital Corp.” on June14,2021, in accordance with its previously announced June1, 2021 transition to a single purpose hydrogen fueling technology company.
This name change emphasizes the Company’s transformation from an investment issuer to a single purpose hydrogen fuelling technology company through the repurposing of its assets and resources. The name change and transformation to a single purpose corporation aligns the Company with the emphasis of its wholly-owned subsidiary, PowerTap Hydrogen Fuelling Corp., on the development of its PowerTap 3.0 hydrogen fueling devices.
