Semarak Renewable Energy (RE), a Malaysian firm, and China Hydropower (Malaysia), a subsidiary of PowerChina, have inked a MYR1.88 billion ($398 million) agreement to spearhead Malaysia’s inaugural large-scale green hydrogen production project.
