The Hydrogen Council has added three new directors to help raise awareness of hydrogen and its role in the clean energy transition around the world.
According to the Council, Steven Libbrecht, Daria Nochevnik, and Andrei Tchouvelev have all been appointed to the group.
Libbrecht joins as Director of Operations/PMO, bringing a lot of expertise from the Shell Group of Companies, where he worked in R&D, market introduction of new compounds, marketing, and sales.
As Director of Policy and Partnerships, Nochevnik joins the team. She has previously worked with several energy firms, industry organizations, legislators, and consultancies to negotiate the policy and regulatory landscape in Europe as an expert in climate and energy policy and regulations.
Tchouvelev has been named Director of Safety and Regulatory Affairs. He will be an excellent addition to the Council, as he has over 38 years of experience in hydrogen energy and technology. Tchoyvelev was honored with the IAHE Jules Verne Award in 2018 for his excellent career.
