German system integrator VINCI Energies Deutschland Industry & Infrastructure GmbH and Enapter GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of Enapter, have signed a cooperation agreement. French-based VINCI Energies, a subsidiary of the listed French concession and construction group, intends to distribute and deploy Enapter’s AEM Multicore (Anion Exchange Membrane Multicore) large-scale hydrogen plants in Germany. A minimum of five years is required for the partnership. At this time, no agreement has been reached on exclusivity or purchase guarantees.
