Vestas has secured an 80 MW order for the wind farm Kroningswind majority owned by TINC. Wind farm Kroningswind is located on Goeree-Overflakkee in the South-West of the Netherlands. Vestas has developed a solution that comprises supply, installation and commissioning 19 V117-4.2 MW turbines and a 25-year Active Output Management 5000 (AOM 5000) service agreement. Nestlé Waters North America is collaborating with EnterSolar to construct a 10-megawatt AC (12.97-megawatt DC) renewable energy project at its Poland Spring bottling plant in Hollis, Maine. This proposed solar energy installation, currently in the permit application process, will supply enough clean electricity to meet approximately 20-25% of the current energy needs of the facility. Vattenfall and the European clean energy investor Glennmont Partners have signed a long-term agreement to provide balancing services for Piiparinmäki, a new 211 MW onshore wind farm in Finland. Limejump has been awarded the contract to trade the power output of the first subsidy-free Scottish wind farm using wind turbines at Crossdykes Wind Farm in Dumfries & Galloway, Scotland.
