Siemens Gamesa has received a firm order from Adani Green Energy for one of India’s biggest wind energy projects. The company will supply 215 SG 2.2-122 wind turbines for a total output of 473 MW. The deal with Adani will see Siemens Gamesa deliver to the project in Fatehgarh, Rajasthan , India on its core strengths covering the production, supply, installation and pre-commissioning of the wind turbines. OPDEnergy has closed of a $103 million financing for two of its wind farm landmark projects in Chile. The financing was given to Opdenergy by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC).
