Yara International ASA, JERA Co., Inc, and Idemitsu Kosan have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to explore the establishment of a domestic clean ammonia distribution network and bunkering business, accelerating Japan’s green energy transition. ADX Energy has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Windkraft Simonsfeld AG (WKS) through its wholly owned Austrian subsidiary, ADX VIE GmbH, for the provision of green power and the cooperative development of a green hydrogen production and underground storage project in the Vienna Basin (H2 Project).
