EDP Renewables reports that its 200 megawatt Harvest Ridge Wind Farm has completed construction and is now operational and providing clean electricity in Douglas County. Harvest Ridge and EDPR’s other six operational Illinois wind farms produce enough clean electricity to power 412,000 average Illinois homes each year.
