CleanFuel Systems, a hydrogen system integration and support organization focusing on providing energy solutions through system design, product integration and development, and technical solutions, has been acquired by Next Hydrogen.

CleanFuel Systems, founded in 2008, has significant experience designing energy systems. CleanFuel Systems is a pioneer in hydrogen system integration, maintenance, and service, having completed more than 60 system installations, both temporary and permanent locations, and installing over 200 hydrogen fuel cells ranging from cell tower temporary power to large scale generation and forklift fuel cell integration. CleanFuel Systems also offers hydrogen safety consultancy and technician curriculum advancement consulting in addition to hydrogen integration services.

Shane Day, the founder of CleanFuel Systems, has also joined Next Hydrogen as vice president of operations.

“We are very excited to have Shane Day join our leadership team, as he is very familiar with our product offerings and will play a critical role in expanding the scope of our after-market customer service support. This is the first of many exciting growth milestones for this year as we lay the groundwork to scale, and position ourselves as a leading one-stop solutions provider for our valued customers.”
