The founding papers of Anumar-Hydrogen GmbH were signed by Peter Stadthalter, Managing Director of PS-HyTech GmbH, and Andreas Klier and Markus Brosch, Managing Directors of the Anumar Group.
Hydrogen is an important component of the energy transition since it can be processed and transported. As a result, the energy source is a good fit for massive solar power plants. The two companies have agreed to collaborate closely in order to fully exploit this opportunity, both technically and economically.
A first test system will be installed at Bavaria’s largest solar power facility, the Schornhof solar park, which Anumar owns and operates. Aside from the current infrastructure, the position between Munich, Augsburg, and Ingolstadt, as well as the proximity to the automotive industry, are critical.
